Slumped on the floor, a pile of vinyl surrounds, tracing over the music that makes you tingle, choose it low-lit silent film score and god knows you’ll have me snared.

Tremble in a twilight’s howl as we clamber rushing streams and forbidden branches snap sharp under our toes. This obsession screws with my coronation street dreams of corner shop content and as you turn away from my possessive embrace, I can’t help but surrender in welcoming you to your worst nightmare.

Sometimes when you write about love, even though it’s not connected to us, I like to imagine it’s about us, and so certain parts of your writing will always give me goosebumps. Especially parts where you write ‘my girl’ etc etc.
